The policy wood at Battlehill on the edge of Huntly at the edge of spring.

Battlehill’s called that because Robert the Bruce apparently fought another Scottish feudal laird here. Archaeological research on the place is still ongoing, with suggestions that it’s the site of a prehistoric hill fort.
